Problems of utopia and dystopia in A. F. Lyubimova's works

The article reviews A.F. Lyubimova's works dealt with the questions of utopia and dystopia in fiction. It is concluded that the researcher focused her attention on genre poetics of a dystopian novel and emphasized a fundamental difference of its fiction world (plot, conflicts, chronotope, human models, image presentation) from utopia poetics. In her text-books and articles Ms Lyubimova gave an accent on main steps of the genre progress in ХIХ-ХХI centuries and compared works of various national literatures (English, Russian, French).
