Problems in the management of the personnel of the Orenburg city education system

The relevance of the research topic is related to the fact that in order to ensure a high level of education at the municipal level, high-quality management of the personnel of educational institutions is necessary. The purpose of the study is to identify problems in the management of the personnel of the Orenburg education system. The main research methods are the analysis and processing of scientific papers on the topic under study. As a result of the conducted research, problems have been identified and recommendations have been proposed for improving personnel management in municipal educational organizations.
