This article is based on the monitoring results of the issues of implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES) for children with disabilities in educational institutions implementing adapted basic educational programs for children. The survey was conducted in 2015 among the heads of administration bodies. The monitoring was conducted in 82 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
