The article discusses the problems that hinder the introduction of computer technologies in the marketing practice of domestic companies. The relevance of this topic is determined by the fact that the use and implementation of computer technologies significantly reduces the complexity of work on the sale of products, inventory management, preparation and distribution of advertising messages. The directions of activity contributing to solving the problems of the introduction of computer technologies in the marketing practice of Russian companies are considered.
