Problems of application of rating system for teaching quality estimation

Improvement of teaching staff activity seems to be the central unit of educational quality management. So, application of rational system for educational personnel estimation is found to be one of perspective direction for educational management. The authors of this article consider this problems basing on the experience of Kemerovo State University.
