Problems of compensation of harm, caused to life or health of citizens, the transition obligations of legal persons responsible for the harm to the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the definition of problematic issues of the transition to the Russian Federation of the right of claim for obligations arising as a result of causing harm to the life and health of citizens. The analysis of changes associated with the implementation of the tasks defined by the Concept of development of civil legislation. The social significance of the legislative model of transition to the state of the relevant rights of claim is substantiated. Variants of the solution of the corresponding problems are defined.
