The article considers the issues in the activity of the bodies and institutions executing punishments as well as measures of criminal and legal character without isolation of a convict from society while considering and deciding by a court the issues related to the execution of a sentence. The terms for examination and resolution by the court the submissions of these bodies and institutions at the sentence execution stage are also considered in the article.
