The problem of eviction of tenants in recognition of the residential premises unfit for habitation

The article addresses to the problems of eviction of tenants arising with the recognition of the residential premises unfit for habitation. Proposals are made to improve the existing legislation in connection with the provision of guarantees to tenants the dwelling, as well as provides recommendations for resolving practical issues arising in the enforcement process.
