Problems of counterparty interaction in multimodal supply chains

This article discusses the problems of logistics of multimodal freight transportation in global supply chains in modern conditions. The authors consider the problems of counterparty coordination in supply chains and the factors affecting coordination, analyze the "whip" effect from the standpoint of optimizing inventory management in the supply chain and the impact of logistics coordination on this process.
