The interaction issues of customs authorities in the sphere of criminal-legal policy under the conditions of the Eurasian Economic Union

The high level of criminality in the sphere of customs relations, their high social danger, latency, and lack of effective counterac- tion from law enforcement agencies make the actual development of scientifically based strategy and tactics of the struggle against foreign economic offences. In the article on the analysis basis of the current criminal and customs legislation, there are considered the main issues of interaction of customs authorities according to the disclosure, investigation and prevention of foreign economic offences, and designated the key directions of activity improvement of customs authorities in the sphere of combating against criminally- liable acts under the conditions of the Eurasian Economic Union.
