Problems of collection of expenses for payment of representative services in civil proceedings

The article deals with issues related to the reimbursement of expenses for the services of a representative in civil proceedings. The conditions for the reimbursement of expenses for representative services were established, criteria for reasonable reimbursement limits were developed, and ways to overcome these problems were proposed. Court costs are one of the most relevant and controversial modern procedural institutions, and the presence of a number of theoretical and practical problems, gaps in their legal regulation, ambiguous judicial practice only stirs the interest of the legal community.
