Employment and unemployment problems among young professionals in the Russian Federation

This article deals with the problems of employment and unemployment among young professionals in the Russian Federation. It describes statistical data on the number of unemployed people and allocates the unemployed share among the youth. The article marks basic unemployment causes among people under the age of 25 years. It reflects the attitude of both employers and graduates to the problems. In addition, the article reviews the state policy in this area, marks its advantages and disadvantages.
