Problems of intellectual property protection

Intellectual property objects with the development of modern technologies are becoming increasingly important and in demand among the population of various fields of activity. In this regard, there is an urgent issue of protecting such objects in order to avoid theft and damage to the information contained in them. The article presents a theoretical overview of intellectual property as a result of the activity of the human mind. The analysis of the protection of intellectual property objects carried out by the Customs Service of the Russian Federation was also carried out. In conclusion, the main modern problems of their protection are identified and ways to solve them are given.
