The principle of truth in civil and administrative proceedings

The article discusses the main features of conciliation procedures. The features of the mediation procedure in the field of intellectual property are investigated. The main advantages of using the procedure in comparison with dispute resolution in court are highlighted. The main reasons for the low number of resolved disputes by resorting to mediation are reflected. The ways of solving this issue are proposed.
