Procedure for assessing company`s maturity to join inter-firm symbiotic alliances

The article presents a procedure for assessing the maturity of a company to join inter-firm symbiotic alliances, aimed at identifying the company`s readiness level for effective integration into this form of cooperation. The procedure consists of three consecutive stages: forming a working group and collecting data, analyzing the data and constructing a company`s maturity profile, as well as preparing recommendations for improving the company`s readiness. Maturity assessment is based on recognized management concepts and methodologies of economic security such as the «balance scorecard» approach, stakeholder engagement concept, resource-based view, among others. As a result of applying this procedure, the company receives clear recommendations for increasing its maturity and competitiveness, which contributes to strengthening its economic security.
