Procedure for the recall of the judge and amendments to this article

This article discusses the effectiveness of amending legislation to ensure uniformity and unification of the rule of law. The main issue of this study is the challenge of the judge, the mechanism of the challenge, as well as the grounds. The article provides a comparative analysis of the standard for challenging a judge, which was previously enshrined in the Arbitration Procedure Code and newly introduced, according to the Civil Procedure Code.
