Issues of legal responsibility in the organization of clinical trials and trials always remain relevant, since their conduct entails great risks for those involved in them. Clinical trials are scientifi c and innovative activities in the fi eld of medicine, the essence of which is to study an unregistered drug in order to establish its eff ectiveness and safety.
