The procedure for embedding the modernized mechanism of municipal education management in the organizational scheme of the region's development

To date, the development of the region and the municipality is not considered as a single cycle of providing general directions for the functioning of territories. The beginnings of ensuring these conditions are manifested in the framework of the implementation of federal projects at the regional level, the assessment of the socio-economic development of municipalities and their comparison with the long-term trends of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation. The essence of this definition makes it possible to single out the levels within which the modernized management mechanism of the municipal formation can be built. The investigated framework of the organizational scheme for the development of the region made it possible to single out the meso-topical level as the most suitable for the conditions of embedding a modernized mechanism for managing a municipal formation. In the context of the study, a procedure is proposed for embedding a modernized mechanism for managing a municipal formation into the organizational scheme of regional development, which involves the implementation of two assessment stages.
