In the conditions when the banking sector is rapidly developing, becomes important not only to the problem of search, selection and recruitment of qualified staff, but also the question of adaptation of new employees, to decide which allows the adaptation of well-composed program. In the presented work describes the process of adaptation of the personnel in Sberbank, as well as the criteria of adaptation of employees.
