Process of formation of personality on synergetic classifications

In the article the interrelation questions synerget-ic, philosophic and anthropological, humanistic approaches to formation of the person are considered. The synergetic approach focuses attention on the abilities of open dynamic complex systems to self-organizing, self-creation. One of such systems is the person, and this ability should be to the full mastered and involved in its professional and personal formation.
