Real estate as an asset for investors is becoming a safe haven in conditions of increasing uncertainty and transformation of global socio-economic processes. A key goal for an investor who has chosen investments in real estate becomes a competent distribution of funds by segments and types of real estate, achievable through a retrospective analysis of price indicators. The article describes the main stages in the formation of investment strategies, analyzes the dynamic series of real estate prices in 3 segments by regions of Russia and identifies the main market trends.
