The presented article reveals the topic of the importance of the adaptation process in modern organizations and the problems that may arise during this period. The types of adaptation and their characteristics are presented, the goals that are pursued by personnel services during the adaptation of new employees are determined. The problematic aspects and measures contributing to their solution within the organization are described.
