The process of separation of melt juice by central force

The experimental setup is a standard laboratory centrifuge. A schematic diagram of a centrifuge is shown in Figure 3-2. The centrifuge consists of 2 working chambers with a lid. Chambers 2 have a vertical shaft 3, in the chamber there are four removable stationary aluminum nests 5 for placing polymer cups with melon paste. The shaft is connected to an electric motor 7 through a speed regulator 8, which provides a constant change in the speed of rotation of the running glasses. The centrifuge has a timer to set the processing time of the sample introduced into the centrifuge.
