Process of abnotivnost development of teachers in joint activity

The problem of psychological-pedagogical support for gifted students is considered in the article. The main attention is paid to abnotivnost as an integrative criterion of efficiency of teacher's work with gifted children. The results of teacher's abnotivnost are summed up and the importance of the problem is highlighted. The effectiveness of abnotivnost development is analyzed from the point of view of influence of mutual activity on the character of interpersonal group relations, the process of interpersonal perception, and the effectiveness of the activity itself.
