Process of teachers’ abnotivnost development in joint activity

The article considers the problem of psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children. Abnotivnost plays a main role as an integrative criterion of teachers' productivity while working with such children. The results of teachers' abnotivnost study are given in this paper. The effectiveness of abnotivnost development is viewed taking into consideration the influence of joint activity on the character of interpersonal relations in the group, the process of interpersonal perception and the effectiveness of the activity itself.
