The article considers the process of strategic planning in an enterprise, consisting of 5 stages: the definition of long-term goals and mission of the enterprise, the analysis of the marketing environment, the choice of marketing strategy, the implementation of the chosen strategy, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of plans. The content and sequence of work at each stage are considered.
