The process model of public administration of regional innovative development institutions

Introduction: the current stage of Russia's development is characterized by the growing influence of science, innovation and technology. With the proper realization of the potential in this field, it is possible to create conditions for reducing the technological gap between Russia and developed countries. Based on the need to increase innovation activity in the Russian economy, the article analyzes approaches to the concept of regional innovative development institutions, discusses the problems of their functioning.
