Process-project and process-cost approaches to design of control systems

This article discusses two approaches to the design of business management systems: process-project management and process-cost management. Process-project approach is based on the basis of design and assess the effectiveness of business models. Process-cost approach focused on the cost estimation of business processes to maximization business value for shareholders.
