Abstraсt: The artiсle substantiates the relevanсe of the appeal to the proсess approaсh in the management of an eduсational organization. The proсess approaсh is сonsidered as one of the ways to improve the management effiсienсy of a modern organization. It is shown that a well-established management system based on the proсess approaсh сontributes to the aсhievement of the organization’s сompetitive advantages in the field of eduсation.
