Process approach to management of the enterprise

Е he article considers the main approaches of enterprise management. A description of the basic concepts of process management, namely the concept of the business process and the principles of the methodology of the process approach is presented. The conceptual scheme of the business process is considered and a conclusion is drawn on the use of the process approach in practice.
