Process approach in quality management

The article considers the process approach as a method of effective product quality management. A model based on the process approach is presented. And also step-by-step introduction of this method in the work of the organization in order to improve performance is presented. The implementation and use of this approach will eventually eliminate inconsistencies in the organization's process map.
