Procedural activity of the subjects using special knowledge in investigation of crimes: revival of institute of investigative judges in Russia

In this article the authors designates the specific problematic issues connected with procedural activity of the subjects having special knowledge. Also analyzes the new concept presented for public discussion regarding introduction of institute of the investigative judge in the Russian criminal legal proceedings.
