The procedural nature of forensic examination

The article deals with the essence of judicial expertise in the Criminal Procedure, as a procedural action. Delimitation of procedural and investigative actions, the implementation of restrictive elements in the essence of forensic examination. Elements of delimitation of the two institutions mentioned. The doctrinal position on the indicated problem is considered.
