Possible solutions of getting practicable outcomes in professional training of managers as an index of quality in technological aspect are presented. In this respect the authors use the exam-ple of the subject “Project Management” and refer to the problem of quality improvement in train-ing managers. Specifics of the study is the analysis of the educationprocess from the point of view of its main subject - the student, in the conditions of highly ambiguous future labor market. A four stage system of education process of training Bachelors of Management and a system of assess-ment of practicable outcomes of mastering “Project Management” with the focus on the stages of higher school training are proposed as to be such ways. These ways were tested in RBIM (now MIDiS), during four years. The obtained results of the pedagogical experiment showed the in-creased quality of mastering the subject “Project Management” by Bachelors of Management. Application of Pearson chi-squared test (Х2) in MS-Excel program proved higher statistical signi-fication of the experimental data. Interpretation of the results allows stating more concrete scien-tific basis of the professional training to obtain practicable outcomes in training managers.
