The concept of "civil transaction" refers to the fundamental legal concepts, since the transaction serves as the basis for the emergence, modification and termination of rights and obligations. Therefore, the transaction serves as a fundamental institution of civil law, and in the procedural sphere, the largest number of disputes arise over transactions. But not only the rules of substantive law are familiar with the concept of "agreement" or "transaction". The rules of procedural law also provide for the conclusion of agreements. However, procedural agreements have a different legal nature and features that distinguish them from civil transactions. In this article, we will consider the legal nature that determines the features of procedural agreements.
