Procedural legislation of the Russian Federation constituents: problem statement

The author analyses theoretical and legal frameworks of procedural legislation detachment into an individual level of the regional legislation. He puts some burning issues connecting with detachment on that level of the procedural control: correlation among different types of the legislation (constitutional and procedural and administrative and procedural), development trends of legislative, constituent, electoral processes in the Russian Federation subjects.
