Remedial and forensic aspects of the investigation crimes related to the dummy registration of foreign citizens at the residential area seat in the Russian Federation

The article considers the practice of Belgorod Territory Enforcement Agency in investigating crimes stipulated by Article 322.3 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code. The Article elaborates on the responsibility for dummy registration of citizens or stateless persons at the residential area seat in the Russian Federations and provides some recommendations on implementing investigation and legal proceedings in criminal cases, i.e. how to process evidence obtained during the crime investigation.
