Measures of procedural coercion in arbitration proceedings

The article dwells upon the measures of procedural coercion, which perform the function of the restriction of procedural rights. The author marks, that a set of such measures depends on the branch of law and contains a specific list in their specific combination. The author points out, that when determining the measures of procedural coercion their general and specific goals and objectives should be considered and their importance and role in protecting rule of law and administration of justice in arbitration courts should be taken into account.
