Procedural features of the by courts acceptance of statements of claim for the restoration of the term of acceptance of the inheritance, recognition of the heir as having accepted the inheritance

The article is devoted to the study and coverage of certain procedural aspects and features of the adoption by the courts of statements of claim for the restoration of the term of acceptance of the inheritance, recognition of the heir as having accepted the inheritance. The nuances of consideration of such claims by the courts are highlighted. The judicial practice of acceptance (non-acceptance), leaving without movement of the specified statements of claim is briefly highlighted. The position of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation regarding such disputes is characterized.
