In the article presented by the author, the specific features of labor relations associated with the restoration of the employee at work are considered as well as the main features of the resolution of this category of cases, the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as judicial practice on this issue are investigated. The author investigates the procedural aspects of reinstatement, jurisdiction of the cases of this category, peculiarities of proving and consideration of the mentioned cases.
