Procedural ways of control and supervision of the legality of investigative actions

Within the framework of the presented theses, procedural methods of control and supervision over the legality of investigative actions are highlighted. The role of prosecutorial supervision is considered as one of the most common methods. The features of the implementation of control and supervision in accordance with the development of investigative actions are presented.
