The article deals with the problem of resolving a criminal law conflict through reconciliation. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that the criminal law conflict requires a mandatory solution, since it contains important social values. The purpose of this article is to reveal the essence and significance of reconciliation as a way to resolve a criminal conflict.
