Currently, the processes of integration in the financial market have intensified, including between banks and insurance companies. This requires a theoretical understanding of the ongoing processes, the identification of the types of ongoing integration processes in order to further improve the activities of the above financial intermediaries. The goals and nature of the ongoing integration processes, their characteristics by domestic and foreign scientists are analyzed.
