The processes of modernization in the field of education in China in the circumstances of joining the WTO

In this article the author views the processes of modernization of educational system in China, which were caused by the joining of the Chinese People's Republic to the WTO (World Trade Organization). Educational transformation in the circumstances of global market becomes more meaningful because of the intention of Russia to join the WTO in 2009.
