Processes of the structural organizing of solids formed by vapour deposition at low temperature

The lyophobic disperse systems formed by vapour deposition on cooling stand at low temperature from methan with chlorine (4: 1) and ethelene with bromine (chlorine) (4: 1) was treated. The possibility of the distant aggregation into methan solids explain its supersaturation by clasters of vacancies and oscillating regime of decay. The donare-acceptor interaction between ethelene and halosgenos is the cause of the fast coagulation. Finally this mixture form two-phase formation with complex in structure. This solid solution saturated by vacancies show asymptotic law of decay.
