The study aims at identifying the relationship between «uraemic factors» risk of cardiovascular events and processes of left ventricular remodeling in patients with CKD. According to the objectives of a survey of 120 patients at the stages of progression of chronic kidney disease, analyzed the combined effect of risk factors for cardiovascular complications associated with uremia (anemia, disturbances of calcium-phosphorus metabolism, systemic inflammatory response syndrome, endothelial dysfunction), the structural and functional changes in the myocardium. Between uremic risk factors for cardiovascular disease and indicators of myocardial hypertrophy and diastolic function revealed non-linear dependence. Results of canonical correlation analysis were used to rank the «uremic» factors of risk in the process of LV remodeling with the highest weight for LOG Crea and indicators of phosphorus-calcium metabolism.
