Processes of transformation of a health system in Russia and the usa through a prism of culture of trust: comparative analysis

This article is devoted to the comparative analysis of transformation of a health system in Russia and the USA. The main aim of this work is to research influence of reforms in health sector on culture of trust. The scientific novelty of this work lies in consideration of two essentially differing transformational processes through a prism of culture of trust.
