Human procreation is ensured and regulated mostly by culture. The article explores its reasons and ways it happens, relying on the facts of traditional and modern societies. Relevance of the topic is due to the difficult demographic situation and social problems linked with childbirth. To settle these problems we have to understand and activate the cultural mechanisms contributing to procreation culture.
