Food security in Russia: status, trends, threats

Food security is critically important for the well-being and stability of Russia. The article examines the current state of food security in Russia, including the availability, quality and variety of food. The key factors affecting food security, such as climatic conditions, infrastructure, trade policy and agricultural production, are analyzed. Special attention is paid to vulnerable population groups and regional differences. The results of the study show that Russia as a whole has achieved a high level of food security, but there are problems that require further measures to strengthen the sustainability of the food system. This research can contribute to the formation of an effective state policy in the field of food security.
