Food policy of the state at the stage of new economic policy breaking: the value of economic and political factors (on materials of the Volga region)

The article analyzes the state food policy in connection with the state decision to break from New Economic Policy (NEP). The research urgency is defined by the pursuit of an objective understanding of this phase of the Soviet history. It is also necessary to counter the falsification of Russian history, which took form of massive informational pressure on the Russian society.
